The location is excellent, right by the historic Royal William Yard, city centre, and Plymouth. The room was air-conditioned, and everything was simply perfect. The staff were very friendly and affable, and I felt welcomed.

We had a fantastic stay at a centrally located apartment in Plymouth. the apartment was comfortable with a really nice bed, and we enjoyed the amazing views it offered. the staff were professional and sorted out any issues we had quickly. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, making it convenient for dining and entertainment. we had a great break and would definitely choose to stay at Pureserviced 20 Brewhouse again. Cons: Nothing could have been better! 😊.

Gorgeous views, local bus into town, reserved car parking. Quick and professional resolution of any issues. Excellent views from the apartment, plenty of places to eat and drink. The apartment was beautiful with a lovely view of the marina. the location in Royal William Yard was fantastic, close to eateries and within walking distance to supermarkets and a local store. the area had a rich naval history and friendly locals. the option to eat and drink outside added to the overall experience. the apartment was also suitable for disabled guests.
